Diana & John in Seaside, FLKnot Pick
Spiky palms lined the ceremony aisle. In cool, beach fashion, John, his father, and the groomsmen sported soft green linen pants, blue and green striped shirts, and navy blue blazers.
Paintbrushes tied with a turquoise ribbon were on hand to dust sand off everyone‘s feet after the beach ceremony.
The bridesmaids carried clusters of lush white peonies, soft blue hydrangeas, and touches of greenery.
Diana‘s bridesmaids wore white spaghetti-strap dresses with blue sash ribbons. The bridesmaids, along with the rest of the wedding party and guests, went barefoot for the ceremony.
The groom and groomsmen wore simple white flower boutonnieres attached to their navy blue blazers.
The tables were laden with three-vase centerpieces created using white flowers including lilies, tulips, peonies, and hydrangeas.
Guests found their names and table numbers on white, wave-shaped escort cards. The cards were displayed on a turquoise background, adding a whimsical touch to the reception.
Bright turquoise lanterns and tablecloths brought the color of the ocean to the reception tent.
The turquoise and white cake took on the colors and theme of the day. The three white buttercream tiers were decorated with turquoise waves and fish.
Guests received beach bags trimmed with aqua blue, filled with a Frisbee, a Seaside welcome guide, a lottery ticket, an umbrella, and a flashlight.

Seaside, Florida, a northwest coastal town punctuated by tony wood-frame cottages and surrounded by clear turquoise waters served as the perfect backdrop for a destination wedding. The location was also a frequent childhood destination for the bride and her family.

The couple said their "I dos" beneath an arbor covered in palms. The beach-chic vibe -- mixed with a hint of Creole flair, a nod to the mother of the bride's Southern background -- carried over to the casually elegant dinner for 150 set under a tent on the croquet lawn, featuring turquoise hues and warm candlelight.
