Meredith & Vincent in Florham Park, NJ

The summer after Meredith graduated from college, she spent many hours working out at the gym and wondering about a handsome stranger who always seemed to be there. Her mother, who owns the gym, found out his name: Vincent. With her mom’s encouragement, Meredith decided to leave a note with her phone number on Vincent’s car. When he first saw the note, he thought it was a flier for a charity run and almost threw it away. Luckily, he turned it over, read her note, and decided to call. Their first date lasted four hours.

After four years of dating, Vincent proposed to Meredith in the middle of a field of daffodils in Central Park. “After about 30 seconds of hyperventilating and some tears, she did say yes,” Vincent says. They married a little over a year later at a beautiful historic mansion.
