Our designers added earthy elements like moss and bark to the centerpieces.
A lavish spread of sweets surrounded three gorgeous works of edible art. Each cake featured a different design.
The blues and greens used in the lighting design greatly complemented the ocean view. The Piertop at the Hyatt Regency Pier 66 proved to be a fabulous venue. Our team says the best part was watching the guests’ faces when they realized that the room was spinning.
Our cake baker used sweet fondant to replicate a spring scene on this three-tiered confection.
Guests dined on a buffet-style feast of finger foods.
Boats filled with fresh blackberries, rasperries, and blueberries brought color and an organic sweetness to the feast.
Our vendors went above and beyond to make this an elegant and luxurious event. They even had miniature desserts on hand -- like cheese cake and chocolate mousse. 

The Knot would like to thank all of the vendors who made this green party a huge success.
