Orly and Matthew met during their freshman year of college at Florida Atlantic University. After years of dating, Orly was thrilled at the idea of a new adventure when Matthew told her he'd arranged a ride in a hot air balloon.

The next morning, Matthew was nervous, not because he was about to be high in the sky, but because he was planning to propose! Once the balloon lifted off the ground, he waited about 15 minutes and gathered the courage to pop the question. He started by saying, "I have something to tell you," and the next thing Orly knew, he was reading her a poem he wrote and asking her to marry him.
