ANN BAILEY & CHRIS BAILEY JUNE 6, 2008 Newlyweds for 533 days! HOW WE MET We met at Sprint/Nextel, Chris worked for Mentor 4 and hired our temporary employees. He was my "eye candy" and two of our friends knew it so they decided to hook us up. Our first outting together was June 6th 2004 for a Rockies baseball game and we have been together ever since. WHEN WE GOT ENGAGED May 16, 2007 HOW IT HAPPENED Chris and I had dinner plans that night with some friends to celebrate a birthday. Before we left our house he told me he had something to talk to me about, but he didn't want to ruin my mood. I of course thought it was about something bad that may have happened earlier that day. I told him he had to tell me so he sat me down on the couch and got down on one knee and told me that he loved me, that he wanted us to spend the rest of our lives together and asked me to marry him. I think I was kind of in shock and I thought he was kidding, but I realized he wasn't and so of course I said yes! WHEN & WHERE June 6, 2008 Littleton, CO ABOUT THE BIG DAY The date has been changed to the evening of Friday, June 6th 2008 because we really liked the Rose Garden located at the Hudson Gardens and it was already booked for Saturday the 7th. We also picked this day to replace the 7th because it will be the day Chris and I went to the Rockies game 4 years earlier, so it has some sentimental value to us (I know it's cheesy). The ceremony will be held outside in the Rose Garden and the reception will immediately follow in the Garden Canopy area.
