HOW IT HAPPENED
It was Michael's first Pearl Jam concert, and our 4 year anniversary.
Eddie Vedder broke into the Clash song Know Your Rights, which we heard Joe Strummer sing at the 9:30 club on our second date.
Michael turned to me and asked "Will you marry me?"
Well, I guess you know what I said.

ABOUT THE BIG DAY
The image on our wedding invitation is inspired by El Día de los Muertos (the Day of the Dead). El Día de los Muertos is a joyous and a somber time, a time to welcome the souls of the dead, a celebration, in which the living and the dead are joined if even for a short time.
We use this symbol not only to represent Greta's strong connection to her Mexican grandmother, Dolores, but to pay homage to all our beloved relatives who are no longer with us.
