ABOUT SARAH JAYNE
Sarah has relocated to North Carolina and is working on getting her nursing licence in N.C.-just lots of paperwork left! She is adapting to the heat and humidity slowly and greatly misses her family and friends and the mid-west. The wedding planning is going strong and steady and she can't wait to be the Mrs.!
ABOUT STEPHEN
Stephen is a Captain in the United States Army and is currently stationed at Fort Bragg in Fayetteville North Carolina. He is now one of five Bultmann siblings to be currently engaged!!
HOW WE MET
Way back in March of 2000...
We met in St. Louis during the National Collegiate Wrestling Tournament where several Iowa State Cyclone fans hung out together. Steve, a former wrestler for Iowa State and current student, introduced himself to Sarah, a big fan of wrestling and Iowa State, while our group of friends went out for lunch. We hit it off immediately. It turned out that we only lived 2 blocks away from each other in Ames, Iowa but had to go all the way to St. Louis to meet!

HOW IT HAPPENED
Stephen surprised Sarah by treating her to a massage at a spa and dinner at a 4-star restuarant in Tucson. After dinner he presented her with a princess cut diamond ring in a box of Godiva chocolates and asked, "Will you marry me?" Sarah jumped up and down and quickly said, "Yes!" Stephen had asked her father, Sheldon, for his daughter's hand in marriage over Christmas.
