ABOUT CHRISTINE
Christine is an elementary music teacher, singer and thespian. She is currently taking a leave of absence from her teaching job this year to go to grad school full-time as a graduate student instructor in Music Education. She loves word-play, inline skating, road-biking and dancing (all at the same time, whenever possible).
ABOUT IAN
Ian is art services intermediate supervisor at The University of Michigan Center for Health Communications Research. On the side, he studies photography and pottery and occasionally takes theatre and wedding photography. He is also a musician and is currently studying jazz piano. Rumor has it, he has been known to enjoy a good game of Boggle from time to time.
HOW WE MET
We met through a mutual friend at the gym one night in December 2003. After connecting in groups for a month or so, we finally went out in Feb 2004 and sparked a connection that would continue to grow into a flame that would not be squelched. This is, however, years after Ian remembers watching me pass by a few times in the hallways of the music school at UofM, where we both attended college in overlapping years. I guess we were just waiting for the right time to acknowledge each other's presence.
