This Ranch Wedding in Saint Helena, California, Was the Epitome of Farm to Table
Roan and Walt wanted a wedding day that felt warm and romantic with an intimate yet relaxed vibe for guests. To achieve that vision, they settled on Farmstead at Long Meadow Ranch because the space's, "amazing food, the dreamy wine country views, and warm hospitality from the staff won us over. They made us feel at home and perfectly captured the feeling we wanted our guests to have on our wedding day." To complement the venue and their fall wedding date, the couple selected a, "warm rosy palette paired with earthy brown tones." With a strong color palette and beautiful venue as the foundation of their celebration, the couple's farm-to-table aesthetic took flight. Wooden farm tables were used at the reception with fresh fruit set atop them as décor. As for the food guests enjoyed, the menu was prepared live over an open fire. Wine county views and a cake accented with citrus further rounded out the warm, rustic wedding celebration in Saint Helena, California. However, beyond the beautiful décor of the day, "the most special moment for us was when we read our vows and publicly declared our love in front of our family and friends. We both cried and laughed as we reflected on our relationship over the years. We recalled past memories together, talked about how we brought out the best in each other, and made promises for the future to never give up when times get hard," the couple says.
